A20VLO pump

A20VLO pump is a high performance axial piston variable displacement pump from Rexroth.

First, technical characteristics

1、Swash plate axial piston structure

A20VLO pump adopts swash plate axial piston design, the piston reciprocates in the cylinder, and at the same time drives the cylinder to rotate, realizing high efficient hydraulic energy conversion. The oil distribution plate is fixed, and the angle of the swash plate is adjusted to realize stepless change of displacement, which has a compact structure and stable operation.

2、Variable adjustment and high efficiency

It supports power control (LR), pressure control (DR), pilot pressure control (HD), electrical control with proportional solenoid (EP) and other variable adjustment methods, with high control precision and good stability, and can adapt to the needs of different working conditions.

The output flow rate is proportional to the transmission speed and pump displacement, and the displacement can be smoothly changed between the maximum value and zero, which meets the demand for wide range adjustment from low speed and high torque to high speed and low torque.

Operating pressure range: rated pressure 35MPa, peak pressure 45MPa, to meet the needs of a wide range of operating environments from low to high pressure.

Displacement range: covering 60cc to 520cc, adjustable according to specific models and application requirements.
