Representation of passes and bits:

Several digits indicate that the directional valve has several working states. It is usually expressed by the number of squares representing the valve body. For example, a two-position valve or a three-position valve will have two or three squares on the Tufu.

Several passes can be determined by the total number of points and arrow lines and T lines intersecting on the square in the normal position of the directional valve.

Graphical symbol meaning:

  1. Use boxes to indicate the working position of the reversing valve, and there are several boxes to indicate that there are several positions.

  2. The arrow in the box indicates that the oil circuit is on, but the direction of the arrow does not necessarily indicate the actual direction of the oil flow.

  3. Use T to indicate that the oil circuit is not passable.

  4. A few dots outside the box indicate several passes.

  5. The oil inlet of the reversing valve is usually represented by P, the oil return port is represented by T, and the oil discharge port is represented by L.

  6. When drawing the reversing valve system diagram, the oil circuit is usually drawn in the normal position box.

  7. When the directional valve has two or more positions, there must be a normal position, that is, the position when the valve core is not subjected to the manipulation force. The normal position of the two-position valve is the box near the spring, and the normal position of the three-position valve is the middle box.
