Hydraulic directional valve, also known as Chris valve, is a type of valve with a multi-directional adjustable channel, which can change the fluid flow direction in time. It can be divided into manual directional valve, electromagnetic directional valve, electric hydraulic directional valve, etc. This kind of change valve has a wide range of applications in petroleum and chemical production, and is most commonly used in the synthetic ammonia gas production system.   1. According to the principle of coordinated connection and installation methods of various hydraulic valves in the entire hydraulic system, select the appropriate installation and connection method.

  2. Select the appropriate reversing valve operation and control mode according to the requirements of the degree of automation and the working environment of the host. For example, the hydraulic system of industrial equipment, because the work site is fixed and has a stable power supply, so it is usually necessary to choose electromagnetic reversing valve or electric hydraulic dynamic reversing valve.

  3. Field work hydraulic equipment system, the host often needs to replace the work site and no power supply, so need to consider the choice of manual directional valve, if the environment is harsh (such as humidity, high temperature, high pressure, corrosive gas, etc.) working hydraulic equipment system, in order to ensure the safety of personal equipment, you can consider the choice of pneumatic hydraulic directional valve.

Hydraulic directional valve and electric hydraulic directional valve should select the appropriate pilot control oil supply and drainage mode according to the needs of the system, and decide whether the selected valve has a damping regulator or stroke adjustment device according to the working performance requirements of the main engine and hydraulic system.

When the electric hydraulic directional valve and the hydraulic directional valve are supplied with oil internally, for those three-position and four-way electric hydraulic directional valves that unload the main oil circuit in the middle position, such as M, H, K and other spool valve functions, measures should be taken to ensure the low control pressure at the neutral position, such as installing a back pressure valve on the oil return port.

  6. According to the working requirements of the hydraulic system, select the appropriate spool valve function and alignment mode.

  7. For the electromagnetic directional valve, select the appropriate solenoid according to the power supply, service life, switching frequency, safety characteristics, etc.

  8. The pressure of the oil return port T cannot exceed the specified allowable value.

  9. Double solenoid solenoid valve? The two electromagnets cannot be energized at the same time, and the actions of the two electromagnets should be interlocked when designing the electronic control system of hydraulic equipment.

  10. Select the appropriate reversing valve diameter according to the flow rate required to be controlled. If the diameter of the valve is greater than 10mm, a hydraulic directional valve or an electric hydraulic directional valve should be selected. Do not exceed the rated pressure and flow limit specified in the manufacturer's sample when used to avoid poor operation.
