The A11VO pump is a swashplate-type variable-displacement axial piston pump designed specifically for open-loop systems. It is widely used in mobile machinery such as excavators, cranes, and drilling rigs.
1. Pressure Rating: Nominal pressure is 350 bar, with a peak pressure of up to 400 bar, offering extremely high power density.
2. Size Range: Displacement ranges from 40 cc to 260 cc. Among these, high-displacement models such as the 190 and 260 can typically be equipped with an integrated impeller booster pump (model designation changes to A11VLO) to enhance self-priming capability and allow for higher drive speeds.
3. Through-shaft Drive: Supports 100% torque through-shaft drive, meaning you can connect piston pumps or gear pumps of the same specification in series to create multi-pump configurations.

1. LR (Load-Regulated): Automatically adjusts displacement based on system pressure to ensure power consumption does not exceed engine limits.
2. DR (Constant Pressure): When system pressure reaches the set value, the pump automatically reduces displacement to maintain constant pressure.
3. HD (Hydraulic Control): Displacement is linearly adjusted in response to changes in pilot pressure.
4. EP (Electro-Proportional Control): Enables remote, precise regulation of pump displacement via a proportional solenoid.

Through-Shaft Drive: Supports 100% torque through-shaft drive, allowing the rear end to be connected in series with a piston pump of the same specification to achieve compact dual- or multi-pump configurations without the need for an additional power split box.
3. Precise and Dynamic Control Logic
The A11VO’s control mechanism supports external adjustment during operation. Through the LRDS control system (power control + pressure cut-off + load sensing), it ensures optimal utilization of engine power while providing flow-to-zero protection during system overload, significantly reducing system heat generation and energy consumption.
