Manual Hydraulic Directional Valve

Manual directional valve is a directional control valve operated by manual lever, which plays the role of changing the direction of liquid flow and turning on or off liquid flow in hydraulic system.

Manual directional valves are most commonly used in ammonia gas production systems, and are also widely used in petroleum and chemical production. In addition, the manual directional valve can also be used as a disc structure, mostly used in small flow occasions, only need to rotate the handwheel through the disc to change the flow direction of the operating fluid.

When the manual reversing valve is working, the thrust generated by the hand operation rotates the driving shaft by the driving transmission mechanism outside the valve, starts the swinging arm, and opens the valve plate, so that the working fluid will lead from the left inlet to the lower outlet of the valve, and the right inlet will change to the lower outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of changing the flow direction periodically.

Manual directional valves are mainly composed of valve body, sealing assembly, cam, valve stem, handle and bonnet and other components. The valve is driven by a handle. The handle drives the stem and cam to rotate, and the cam has the function of positioning the opening and closing of the driving and locking sealing components. The handle rotates counterclockwise, and the two sets of sealing components close the two channels at the lower end under the action of the cam, and the two channels at the upper end communicate with the inlet of the pipe device. On the contrary, the two channels at the upper end are closed, and the two channels at the lower end communicate with the inlet of the pipeline device, realizing non-stop commutation.

Manual directional valves are directional control valves with more than two flow patterns and more than two oil ports. It is to realize the communication, cutting and commutation of hydraulic oil flow. and valves for pressure unloading and sequential action control. It can be divided into manual reversing raft, electromagnetic reversing valve, electro-hydraulic reversing valve, etc.

Also known as Chris valve, a type of valve, with a multi-directional adjustable channel, can change the flow direction of the fluid in time.

During operation, the driving transmission mechanism outside the valve rotates the drive shaft, drives the swinging arm, and starts the valve plate, so that the operating fluid sometimes leads from the left inlet to the lower outlet of the valve, and sometimes from the right inlet to the lower outlet, realizing the purpose of periodic conversion of flow direction.

Manual directional valves are widely used in hydraulic tank systems and other similar pipelines of construction machinery, coal mining machinery, chemical machinery, light industry machinery, machine tool machinery and other equipment, so that the actuators can quickly and accurately follow the required direction, so as to achieve arbitrary adjustment of the load.

Elephant Fluid Power also has rich experience in the production and manufacture of manual directional valves, and has a large number of repeat customers with high-quality products and after-sales service, and has received a lot of praise.
