The standards for the quality of the reducer include material, technology, design, lubrication, torque, wear resistance and warranty time. In order to better protect the reducer and increase the life of the reducer, we should pay attention to the maintenance of the reducer at ordinary times.
When the engine speeds up, the speed changes from slow to fast, and it can't speed up violently. The rotation speed of the mixing drum should not exceed 16 revolutions per minute 2 minutes before each preheating, and 14 revolutions per minute for the reducer with the power take-off port of the water pump.
Oil product: The gear oil model used in split reducers such as P3301 and P4300 is: SAE 80W-90/SAE85W-90; API GL-5; It is recommended to use high-quality oils.
Cement mixer truck maintenance
The first oil change time is within 500 working hours of the first use of the new car, and the oil filter should be changed at the same time;
The second oil change time is 2000 working hours after the vehicle has been working again, and the oil filter shall be changed at the same time;
In the future, every 2000 working hours or one year, the oil must be changed even after one year, and the special oil filter must be replaced at the same time;
Do not open the system pipeline when changing the oil, just drain the oil in the oil tank, and open the drain port of the pump and motor housing at the same time to drain the oil, and then pour the new oil into the oil tank. Pay attention to emptying the system when refueling In the air
The recommended oil temperature is about 60 degrees Celsius to drain the oil; every time the oil is changed, the tightening of the connecting bolts needs to be checked; all bolts connected to the gearbox need to be re-tightened with a torque wrench; the oil level needs to be checked once a month.
The oil in the pump and motor matched with the split reducer is No. 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
After using the new car for the first 50 hours, use a torque wrench to tighten the reducer flange bolts (tightening torque 295N.m) and reducer base bolts (tightening torque 580N.m).
