1. Engine:

The engine oil and the oil filter element must be replaced with genuine parts and replaced according to the prescribed maintenance cycle. The old machine needs more care, and the replacement time of the oil filter can be shortened as appropriate to make the engine life longer.

Diesel should be provided by regular gas stations as much as possible. Even if the diesel is refueled at regular gas stations, do not directly add it to the fuel tank. Filter before adding. Drain water at the bottom of the diesel tank and at the oil-water separator before starting each day. Buy the original diesel parts, and replace the diesel ones according to the prescribed maintenance cycle.

The air filter element is often checked. The outer filter element is often blown with compressed air from the inside to the outside. The air pressure must not be too large to prevent the filter element from being blown. The internal filter cannot be cleaned. After the external filter is cleaned 2 or 3 times, it is replaced with a new one at the same time.

2. Hydraulic:

Replace the hydraulic oil, oil return filter element and pilot filter element in accordance with the prescribed maintenance cycle, and pay attention to whether there is iron or copper debris on the filter element.

When the breaker is used, the deterioration of the hydraulic oil is accelerated, and the replacement cycle should be shortened.

Do not work for a long time without oil.

After replacing the hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil gear pump or hydraulic components, pay attention to exhausting the air.

3. Electrical:

Pay attention to waterproof, do not work in deep water, and do not directly rinse electrical components with water when cleaning.

Do not store sundries in the battery box, especially metal tools, etc., which may cause fire.

Do not replace the insurance with iron copper wire or replace it with a substandard insurance.

When the excavator is parked for a long time, remove the battery cable to prevent feeding.

4. Machinery:

Rotate the reducer and the travel reducer to change the gear oil periodically.

Pay attention to clean up the dirt and add grease to the pin part.

When wading, when the water passes through the ring gear, pay attention to replacing the butter in the ring gear.

Pay attention to the rust prevention of the cylinder rod.

When the excavator is parked for a long time, bare metal parts are buttered to prevent rust.

5. Structure:

Check the pin bolts every day for looseness, shedding, and missing, and tighten them in time.

Check the structure for cracks and deformation every day.

Pay attention to the surrounding environment when parking the excavator, and park it on solid, stable, and hard ground. Do not stop by the river, cliff, or hillside to prevent accidents.
