First, Structure & Principle

1. Structure: Axial plunger swash plate structure, mainly composed of drive shaft, thrust plate, control piston, control valve, cylinder block, plunger, plunger sliding shoe, rocker, preload chamber, return piston and other components.

2. Working principle: The motor drives the pump shaft to rotate, driving the cylinder and the plunger to rotate together. The plunger reciprocates under the action of the swash plate, and during the rotation cycle, the volume of the plunger cavity changes, and the oil is absorbed and discharged through the window on the oil distribution plate. Adjusting the swash plate inclination changes the plunger stroke, resulting in a stepless change in the flow rate.
