A10VSO pump is a high-performance axial piston variable pump introduced by Rexroth, which is widely used in open hydraulic circuit system.

Fourth, maintenance points about A10VSO pump
1、Fluid Management
Viscosity requirements: the viscosity of hydraulic fluid ranges from 10 to 400mm²/s (at 40℃), and HLP mineral oil is recommended.
Cleanliness requirements: According to ISO 4406 standard, cleanliness should be maintained at 20/18/15 level to prevent oil contamination.
Oil change cycle: Replace the hydraulic oil and filter element regularly to prolong the life of the pump body.
2、Component inspection and replacement
Bearing: Check the bearing clearance regularly and replace the worn parts to ensure precision and load capacity.
Plunger and cylinder: check the plunger clearance and cylinder wear, adjust or replace parts.
Distributor disk: check the wear and sealing of the distributor disk, grind or replace if necessary.
3、Operation monitoring
Oil temperature monitoring: normal working temperature 50 to 70℃, over 80℃ need to check the cooling system.
Pressure monitoring: Regularly check the pressure of high pressure side and low pressure side to prevent excessive pressure difference leading to component damage.
Vibration monitoring: Vibration is monitored by acceleration sensor, abnormal vibration may indicate bearing or gear failure.
