1. Adjustment of the flow rate of the main pump . (1) Kobelco excavator 200 loosens the flow lock nut; (2) Turn the pressure adjustment bolt until the pressure meets the regulations; (3) When the system pressure is in the range of 14700-17700kPa, turn the flow adjustment bolt clockwise 1/4 turn, and the flow rate increases by about 18L/min, at which time the first stage spring works. When the system pressure is within 23500-34300kPa, turn the flow clockwise to adjust the screw check 1/4 turn, and the flow rate increases by about 7L/min, at which time the second stage spring works; (4) If the flow adjustment bolt is rotated counterclockwise, the flow rate is reduced accordingly; (5) Tighten the flow lock nut, and the tightening torque is (12 plus or minus 3) N·m; (6) The adjustment method of the upper pump and the lower pump flow is the same.

2. Adjustment of the maximum flow of the main pump of Zoomlion 205 excavator . (1) Loosen the flow lock nut; (2) Twist the flow adjustment bolt until the flow rate reaches the maximum value. Turn the flow adjustment bolt clockwise by 1/49, and the flow rate is reduced by about 13L/min. Turn the flow adjustment bolt counterclockwise for 1/4 turn, and the flow rate increases by about 13L/min; (3) Tighten the flow lock nut, and the tightening torque is 10N·m.

3. Adjustment of reverse flow.  (1) Loosen the flow lock nut mouth; (2) Twist the flow adjustment bolt until the flow reaches the maximum town. Turn the flow adjustment bolt clockwise 1/4W. When the system pressure is 2500kPa, the flow rate decreases by about 41./-n: the reverse nJ needle rotates the flow adjustment bolt 1/4 turn, and the flow rate increases by about 4L/min; (3) Tighten the flow lock nut, and the tightening torque is (12 plus or minus 3) N·m.
