The working environment of concrete pump trucks is very harsh. Regular and correct maintenance is very important to ensure the efficiency, reliability and long working life of the equipment. Check the hydraulic oil level and keep it above 3/4 of the oil level gauge, otherwise clean hydraulic oil of the same brand should be filled. It is recommended to use a 20ude filter device to clean the hydraulic oil.
Check the oil quality: Stop the machine. After 30 minutes, use a clean measuring cup to connect 0.5L of oil. If the oil is highly contaminated or emulsified, or after standing for several hours, there will be sediment at the bottom, and the oil should be changed immediately.
Remove the cover of the water tank, check the concrete piston, it should be sealed well, no mortar seeping into the water tank.
Check the gap between the cutting ring and the eyeglass plate.
After each use, after thorough cleaning, check the condition of the worn parts. When the local gap between the eyeglass plate and the cutting ring is greater than 1mm, adjust it. The gap should be adjusted; when the gap is greater than 2MM, it is recommended to replace the cutting ring.
Check whether the distribution valve swings and the forward and reverse rotation of the stirring device are operating normally.
Check that the hydraulic filter vacuum gauge is only in the green area (the vacuum degree is strictly prohibited to exceed 0.04Mpa). Generally, the vacuum degree of oil suction should be less than 0.02Mpa. The vacuum return value of oil return pressure should be less than 0.35Mpa.
Check the hydraulic system for oil leaks, oil leaks, and water leaks.
