Excavator Maintenance Content

Maintenance content:

1. Check the hour meter reading every day to see if it is time for maintenance.

2. Use pure engine oil and grease. According to the ambient temperature, select the appropriate viscosity of oil and grease.

3. Use the genuine parts specified in the parts manual as replacement parts.

4. After changing the oil or replacing the filter element, check the old oil and filter element for metal debris and impurities quality. If a large amount of metal shavings and impurities are found, report to the person in charge and take appropriate measures.

5.Use clean oil and grease. And keep the oil or grease container clean, and do not allow impurities to mix in the oil and grease.

The maintenance content:

Maintenance every 250 hours:

a: Check the oil level in the casing of the rotary mechanism and add oil.

b: Check the oil level in the final drive box and add oil. c: Check the battery electrolyte level. d: Check and adjust the tension of the compressor belt of the air conditioner.

Maintenance every 500 hours:

a: Change the engine oil and the engine oil filter.

b: replace Fuel filter.

c: Replace the additional fuel filter.

d: Check the height of the grease in the rotary pinion and add grease.

e: Clean and inspect radiator fins, oil cooler fins and condenser fins.

f: Clean the internal and external air filters of the air conditioning system.

g: Replace the filter element of the hydraulic oil tank vent device.

Maintenance every 1000 hours:

a: Replace the hydraulic oil filter.

b: Change the oil in the rotary mechanism box.

c: Check the oil level in the shock absorber housing and add oil.

d: Check all fasteners of the turbocharger.

e: Check the clearance of the turbocharger rotor.

f: Check the fan belt tension and replace the fan belt.

g: Replace the anti-corrosion filter element.

Maintenance every 2000 hours:

a: Replace the oil in the final transmission box.

b: Clean the hydraulic oil tank filter.

c: Clean and inspect the turbocharger.

d: Check the alternator and starter motor.

e: Check the engine valve clearance and adjust.

f: Check the shock absorber.

5. Maintenance every 4000 hours: check the pump.

Maintenance every 5000 hours: replace the oil in the hydraulic oil tank.
