Hydraulic pump parts is the basis for the normal operation of hydraulic pumps, different types of hydraulic pumps and their parts composition varies, the following are common hydraulic pump parts:
First, gear pump parts
1.Gear: the core parts of the gear pump, usually a pair of gears meshing with each other. Gear tooth precision and surface quality of the pump performance has a great impact, such as affecting the stability of the pump flow, noise level.
2. Pump body: the pump body provides the installation space for the gears and the sealing environment for operation, and needs to have sufficient strength and sealing to prevent hydraulic oil leakage.
3. End caps: installed at both ends of the pump body, play a role in sealing and fixing the gear shaft, but also may have an oil port for the hydraulic oil in and out.
Second, piston pump parts
1.Plunger and cylinder: the plunger in the cylinder plunger hole for reciprocating movement, to realize the oil suction and pressure process. The precision of the plunger and cylinder is very high to ensure good sealing and smooth movement.
2. Oil distribution plate: There are oil suction window and oil pressure window on the oil distribution plate, which correspond to the oil suction and oil pressure stroke of the plunger respectively. The design and manufacturing accuracy of the oil distribution plate directly affects the pump's oil distribution efficiency and volumetric efficiency.
3. Swash plate (or cam): the role of the swash plate (or cam) is to make the plunger reciprocating motion. The angle of inclination of the swashplate determines the stroke of the plunger, thus affecting the displacement of the pump.
4. Drive shaft: Transmit the engine power to the cylinder, make the cylinder rotate, and then drive the plunger movement.
5. Spring: Some piston pumps use springs to ensure that the plunger is always in contact with the swash plate (or cam) to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
Third, other related parts
1. Seals: including a variety of seals, gaskets, etc., used to prevent hydraulic oil leakage, to ensure the sealing of the hydraulic system and work efficiency.
2. Bearings: support the rotating parts of the pump, reduce friction and wear, to ensure the smooth operation of the pump.
3. Filter: installed in the hydraulic pump inlet or system, used to filter impurities in the hydraulic oil, to protect the pump and other hydraulic parts from wear and damage.
