Hydram pump should not be immediately loaded after starting: the hydram pump should be unloaded for a period of time (about 10-30 minutes) after starting, especially when the temperature is very low. The hydraulic circuit should be circulated normally through the warm-up process before loading and the operation status should be confirmed.
Observe the oil temperature changes: pay attention to the changes in the highest and lowest oil temperatures, and find out the relationship between the oil temperature and the external environmental temperature. Only in this way can we know whether the capacity of the cooler and the oil tank is compatible with the surrounding conditions and usage conditions, and only then can the troubleshooting of the cooling system be carried out systematically.
Pay attention to the noise of hydram pump: new hydram pumps have less wear in the early stages, but are easily affected by bubbles and dust, poor lubrication at high temperatures or excessive use conditions, which can cause abnormal effects in the hydram pump.
Pay attention to the display value of the measuring instrument: observe the display value of the hydraulic circuit pressure gauge, the vibration condition and stability of the pressure switch light, and find out whether the hydraulic circuit is functioning properly as soon as possible. If anything seems out of place, a thorough inspection should be completed as soon as possible, preferably by a skilled technician, particularly for systems utilizing a constant pressure hydraulic pump.
Pay attention to the operation of the machinery: faulty hydraulic circuit design or poorly manufactured components are not easy to detect in the initial usage stage, so special attention should be paid to the motion status under various usage conditions. It is also recommended to purchase high-quality hydraulic pump spare parts from a reputable supplier to ensure reliable operation and avoid the potential for costly repairs down the line.
Adjust each valve in place: fully understand the use of pressure control valves, flow control valves and direction control valves, and pay special attention to the adjustment range and limits. Otherwise, incorrect adjustments can not only damage the machinery, but also pose a threat to safety.
Check the status of the filter: the filter in the circuit should be taken out for cleaning regularly, and the state of the filter screen and the dirt adsorbed on it should be checked to analyze the quality, quantity and size, so as to observe the pollution degree in the circuit and even infer the source of pollution.
Regularly check the changes of the hydraulic oil: check and analyze the changes in the quality, color and pollution degree of the hydraulic oil every 1-2 months to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic transmission medium.
Pay attention to the leakage of the piping part of hydram pump: the piping of the hydraulic device can be seen after operating for a period of time. Check whether there is oil leakage and whether the piping is loose.
The operation status should be checked during the first three months of the new machine operation: during the operation of the new machine, the operation status should be grasped for inspection, such as maintenance of the parts, whether the screws are loose, whether the oil temperature rises abnormally, whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates quickly, and whether the usage conditions comply with the regulations.
