The A11VO is a variable-displacement axial piston pump featuring an orifice plate design. Specifically engineered for hydrostatic transmission in open-circuit hydraulic systems, it serves as a core power component in mobile machinery such as excavators, cranes, and concrete pump trucks.
1. Pressure Performance: With a nominal pressure of up to 350 bar and a peak pressure of up to 400 bar, it is capable of meeting the demands of extremely high-intensity operations.
2. Size Range: Displacement ranges from 40 to 260 cc.
3. Special Version: The A11VLO version, equipped with a built-in makeup pump (impeller), achieves extremely high self-priming speeds, effectively resolving cavitation issues during high-altitude or high-speed operations.

The A11VO is a swashplate-type axial piston variable pump designed by Rexroth for open-loop systems. Its core design aims to balance extreme high-pressure output with the space constraints of mobile machinery.
The A11VO employs a typical swashplate structure, using the swashplate angle to continuously adjust piston stroke, thereby achieving precise displacement control. Its structural design optimizes the force distribution on rotating components, enabling the pump to maintain extremely high volumetric efficiency even at a rated pressure of 350 bar and a peak pressure of 400 bar.
1. Boosting Technology (A11VLO): In high-displacement models, the built-in impeller booster pump is a signature feature. It not only enhances the pump’s self-priming capability but also allows the pump to operate at speeds higher than the standard self-priming threshold, resolving the cavitation issues that commonly occur in high-displacement pumps under high-speed conditions.
2. Through-Shaft Drive Capability: The pump supports 100% torque through-shaft drive, enabling direct series connection with a second A11VO or other gear pumps to achieve multi-circuit output, greatly simplifying the power distribution layout of the entire system.
3. Dynamic Control Redundancy: The control valve assembly offers exceptional flexibility, supporting multiple regulation modes including constant power (LR), constant pressure (DR), load-sensing (DS), and electro-proportional (EP). Notably, power control can be adjusted externally during operation, greatly facilitating on-site commissioning.
