The electric hydraulic directional valve is a hydraulic directional valve combined with a solenoidally operated pilot valve, which pushes the valve core with the pressure oil in the control oil circuit. Electric hydraulic directional valve is a combination of electromagnetic directional valve and hydraulic control directional valve, which is a control valve that uses electromagnetic directional valve to control the action of hydraulic control directional valve and change the direction of fluid flow.
Electric hydraulic directional valves and hydraulically controlled directional valves are mainly used in hydraulic systems whose flow exceeds the allowable range of normal working of electromagnetic directional valves to control the action of the actuator or the flow direction of the oil.

Working principle: When the two solenoid valve coils are energized, the balance hole circuit is closed, the drain hole circuit is opened, the piston upper cavity is depressurized, the piston is up, and the door is opened. Conversely, the piston goes down and the valve closes. In the process of valve opening and closing, the flow (flow rate) signal and the valve plug position signal can be transmitted to the computer, and the corresponding instructions can be issued after computer processing to control the on-off and power-off states of the two solenoid pilot valves, so that the hydraulic difference between the upper and lower cavities of the piston changes, so as to control the piston at the required opening height and realize the control of the pipeline medium flow.
The electric hydraulic directional valve of the hydraulic system is a composite valve composed of a solenoid spool valve and a hydraulic spool valve. The solenoid spool plays a leading role, it can change the direction of the control fluid flow, and thus change the position of the hydraulic spool spool.
