Treatment: Check and repair troubleshooting parts. Cause 5: hydraulic pump swash plate stuck, regulator wear. Treatment: repair or replace the damaged parts. (2) The pressure of the excavator cannot be raised, and the excavator has no force. Reason 1: the setting pressure of the main relief valve is too low. Treatment: readjust the pressure of the main relief valve or replace the main relief valve. Reason 2: In addition to hydraulic pump, distribution valve, oil cylinder, motor and other pressure relief is too large, will also lead to insufficient pressure, excavator force. Treatment: Check and repair troubleshooting parts. Reason 3: The hydraulic pump plunger, cylinder block, valve plate and other wear caused the hydraulic pump internal leakage is too large. Treatment: Repair or replace hydraulic pump wear department. (3) Strengthen daily inspection and maintenance.
