The first is the requirement for speed. The hydraulic pump must meet the working speed required by the main engine to run, the working speed is 2000-3000rpm, and the minimum working speed is 500-600rpm. In use, the working speed of the hydraulic piston pump parts shall not be greater than the maximum rotational speed of the hydraulic pump, because if the rotation speed of the hydraulic pump is greater than the maximum speed of the hydraulic pump, then the hydraulic pump will not have enough oil to be pumped, and the life of the hydraulic pump has never been reduced.
The second is the requirement for stress. The hydraulic system of construction machinery is usually under a working pressure of 14MPa to 35MPa, and increasing this working pressure can reduce the quality and structural size of construction machinery, but the increase in working pressure is limited by the strength and stiffness of sealing components and components. If the pressure is too high, it is necessary to increase the strength and stiffness of the part, for example, to increase the wall thickness of the part, etc., so as to increase the weight of the system. When choosing a hydraulic pump, in order to ensure the stability of the pressure, the nominal pressure of the hydraulic pump should usually be slightly higher than the pressure of the system.
As we all know, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic piston pump spare parts are prone to wear during use, so when choosing hydraulic pump suppliers, we must pay close attention to related issues.
The first thing to pay attention to is the design problem. If the selected sealing ring does not match the hydraulic oil, working temperature and working pressure, it will lead to damage to the sealing ring; If the seal size is not correct, the sealing ring will be damaged if it is extruded into the sealing gap; If the seal ring is omitted from the pre-pressure guide, part of the seal ring will be cut off during installation; Many sealing rings are used to withstand positive pressure, if there is negative pressure and reverse flow, the sealing ring will be pulled; There are other corresponding parts, such as surface roughness, dimensional tolerances, shape and position deviations, etc., that must be taken into account by these suppliers.
Secondly, we must consider the processing problem. If the bottom of the sealing ring groove is different from the outer circle, it will lead to improper distribution of the installation space on both sides, and the compression condition after installation will be different, which will also destroy the sealing effect. The sealing lip is the most critical part to ensure the sealing function, but it is often very delicate and delicate, and if the tool used during installation is not appropriate, or too rough, it will cause damage.
Finally, pay attention to operational problems. If the metal surface of the relative movement is damaged, it is also easy to damage the sealing ring, which is particularly easy to occur in the seal of the piston rod, which is damaged by foreign debris when exposed. Pollution particles in hydraulic oil, especially relatively hard metal particles, are also easy to damage the sealing ring, and the sealing ring has a strong adaptability to the roundness of the shaft or hole, but the sealing ability of the axial fine lines is much worse. The temperature of the oil in the hydraulic cylinder is often higher than that of the mailbox, so it should be noted that the temperature in the hydraulic cylinder cannot exceed the allowable temperature of the sealing ring.
