The change of the long and short diameters of the inner surface, the volume of this closed cavity keeps changing when the rotor rotates. When the inner surface of the stator changes from the short radial to the longer diameter, the closed cavity increases, and the vacuum formed will pass the oil through the distribution plate. When the inner surface of the stator changes from the long radial to the short diameter, the closed volume is reduced, and the high pressure formed by the blade compression discharges the oil through the oil discharge port of the valve plate to realize the oil pressing process.
