1. Displacement Range: The full series includes eight mainstream models—40, 60, 75, 95, 130, 145, 190, and 260—to accommodate equipment with varying power requirements.
2. Pressure Ratings: Rated operating pressure is 350 bar, with peak pressure reaching 400 bar; certain reinforced versions can withstand 420 bar for short periods.
3.Operating Conditions: Supports self-priming and tank-pressurized operation; high-displacement models can be paired with a built-in impeller booster pump (i.e., the A11VLO version), significantly enhancing cavitation resistance at high speeds.
1. Core Moving Components: The drive shaft rotates the cylinder block; pistons distributed circumferentially perform reciprocating motion as the swashplate angle changes. Displacement is continuously adjustable by altering the swashplate angle, and the output flow rate is directly proportional to the drive speed.
2. 100% Through-Shaft Drive: Hydraulic components such as plunger pumps or gear pumps of the same specification can be directly connected in series to the rear end of the pump without the need for an additional power divider, meeting the compact layout requirements of multi-circuit systems.
3. High-Precision Friction Pairs: Featuring a spherical distribution plate combined with hydrostatic-supported copper alloy sliding shoes, this design offers self-compensating wear capability, maintaining a volumetric efficiency of over 94% during long-term operation.

2. DR Constant Pressure Control: Maintains system pressure at a preset value to ensure constant output from actuators.
3. DRS Load-Sensitive Control: Delivers flow on demand, significantly reducing system overflow losses and enabling energy-efficient operation.
4. EP (Electro-Proportional) Control: Supports remote adjustment of displacement via electronic control systems, meeting the automation control requirements of intelligent equipment.
1. Construction Machinery: Serves as the main pump in equipment such as excavators, rotary drilling rigs, and concrete pump trucks, providing high-flow, high-pressure power.

1. Strictly maintain hydraulic oil cleanliness at no less than ISO 18/15 grade; replace the hydraulic oil and filter elements every 1,000–2,000 hours.
2. Periodically inspect the pump shaft seals and the sealing condition of connecting lines to prevent air from entering the system and causing cavitation damage.
3. During installation, ensure the drain port is positioned higher than the pump body to prevent oil starvation in the pump chamber after shutdown, thereby avoiding dry running and damage to core components during startup.
