2. Hydraulic oil leakage

   If the hydraulic control system is leaking, it is difficult to provide the necessary system pressure. Leakage of hydraulic oil will pollute the environment and affect normal construction. For hydraulic fluids, the type, viscosity and pressure of the oil must be checked. For the cylinder, the main inspection should be crack, surface roughness and welding condition.

3. The hydraulic system design is not standard,resulting in hydraulic oil leakage.The hydraulic system seal structure design is unreasonable,and the selected system seal components do not meet the quality standards.Impurity particles mixed into hydraulic fluid can damage and damage seals,leading to leaks.Pay attention to strict and reasonable structural design.
